Job summary

IT Alliance in Canberra seeks Salesforce Developers for a long-term contract. The role focuses on analyzing requirements, designing and delivering Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and Aura.

You will work with a Solution Lead, coordinate with Business Analysts and QA, and deploy through DevOps/CI-CD pipelines while maintaining documentation and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Analyze business requirements for Salesforce changes and enhancements.
• Translate designs into Salesforce configuration and code.
• Develop enterprise solutions using Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, Aura.
• Configure Salesforce objects, flows, permissions, sharing and platform settings.
• Work with DevOps/CI-CD pipeline to deploy solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and artefacts.
• Support ongoing Salesforce applications after delivery.

Job description

One of our Federal Government Clients is seeking to engage Salesforce Developers. This is a long-term contractual position.

Contract Duration: 12 months + 24 months

Work Location: Canberra (03 Days office/02 Days home per week)

Eligibility: You must need to have NV1 Security Clearance or above.

Position Description

The successful candidate will:

• Analyze business requirements for Salesforce changes and enhancements.
• Work with the Solution Lead to develop solution designs.
• Translate designs and requirements into Salesforce configuration and custom code.
• Prioritise Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality/configuration where appropriate before custom development.
• Develop enterprise solutions using Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, Aura and related technologies.
• Configure Salesforce objects, flows, permissions, sharing and platform settings.
• Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure solutions meet requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with testers to meet QA standards.
• Work with Release Managers to deploy solutions through the DevOps/CI-CD pipeline.
• Troubleshoot configuration and development issues.
• Produce solution designs, technical documentation and other project artefacts.
• Support ongoing Salesforce applications after delivery.
• Maintain awareness of current Salesforce technologies and best practices.
