Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Salesforce Developer for Communications Cloud to design, build, and maintain scalable telecom solutions. The role focuses on implementing Salesforce Communications Cloud, Vlocity components, and native technologies to support complex B2B/B2C use cases.

You will configure OmniStudio, build catalogues, and integrate with external systems, ensuring performance, security, and quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura, Data Model, Security, and SOQL.
• Experience with CPQ, Order Management, Service Fulfilment is desirable.
• Experience with system integrations and API development; Agile/Scrum familiar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
• Configure OmniStudio components: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards.
• Build product catalogues, pricing, promotions, and order management for telecom use cases.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, Aura, and SOQL.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Support order capture, orchestration, service management, and billing integrations.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability; conduct testing and deployments.

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer with strong experience in building and customizing Salesforce solutions for the telecommunications and communications industry. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud, Industries (Vlocity) components, and native Salesforce technologies to support complex B2B and B2C use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
• Configure and customize OmniStudio components including:
• OmniScripts
• DataRaptors
• Integration Procedures
• FlexCards
• Build and maintain product catalogues, pricing, promotions, and order management solutions tailored for telecom use cases
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and SOQL
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Event-based integrations, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Support order capture, order orchestration, service management, and billing integrations
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
• Ensure best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and assist with release deployments
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation

Required Skills & Experience
