DENZA Canberra is seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team and help introduce the DENZA brand to the Canberra region. Based in our Fyshwick showroom, you will work with Product Specialists to deliver an exceptional customer journey from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

We value passionate communicators with a tech interest and a customer-first mindset, with or without automotive experience. Ongoing training and career growth opportunities are provided in a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or similar.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Genuine interest in technology and EVs.
• Current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of DENZA vehicles, technology and brand values.
• Build sales and customer engagement skills through hands-on experience and mentoring.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training, both online and in person.
• Welcome customers to the showroom and manage incoming enquiries.
• Support Product Specialists with vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Collaborate with the DENZA Canberra team to gain broad industry experience.
• Represent the DENZA brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity.

DENZA Canberra is seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team and help introduce the DENZA brand to the Canberra region.

DENZA is a premium luxury automotive brand owned by BYD and launched in Australia in late 2025. As a next-generation electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle manufacturer, DENZA is redefining automotive luxury through cutting-edge technology, sophisticated design and a customer-first approach.

This is not a traditional automotive sales role and prior automotive experience is not essential. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail or other people-focused industries are encouraged to apply.

This role is centred on experience, education and connection - helping customers understand and embrace the future of mobility.

About the Role

Based in our soon-to-be-refurbished DENZA showroom in Fyshwick, you will work alongside our Product Specialists to deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist customers in finding the vehicle best suited to their lifestyle and needs.

You will combine strong communication skills, a passion for technology and a customer-first mindset to create a seamless and premium customer journey—from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing a comprehensive understanding of DENZA vehicles, technology and brand values.
• Building your sales and customer engagement skills through hands-on experience and mentoring.
• Participating in ongoing product and sales training, both online and in person.
