Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service
• Delivery quality, profitable sales according to an established budget
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer queries
• Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard
• Monitor and assist with web orders, including picking, packing and delivery
• Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety
