Job summary

Elders Roma is seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, supporting the sales process and delivering exceptional service in a busy rural branch.

With mentoring and on-the-job training, you will build client relationships, manage administration, and help grow our livestock and financial services offerings across the Roma region.

• Experience in administration, sales support, customer service or a similar role.
• A customer-first approach and strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the Roma team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Our Sales Support Officers are the first person our clients communicate with when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in maintaining and growing client relationships. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process across all facets of the branch including livestock & financial services.

The successful candidate will be supported and mentored within the position to ensure they obtain all the skills to enjoy a fruitful career at Elders.
