Job summary

Bunzl Australasia in Adelaide Airport is seeking a Full Time Sales Support professional to back up our Sales Manager and Account Managers. You will handle administration, reports, quotations and CRM tasks to keep major accounts running smoothly.

You will use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to deliver accurate data, maintain price files, inventory forecasts and product catalogues, and coordinate samples and events with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong admin, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in customer service and sales support.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various reports as required.
• Prepare quotations on behalf of Account Managers and Sales Manager.
• Provide technical support to Account Managers and Sales Manager for their customer base.
• Maintain Customer Catalogues and CRM System up to date.
• Maintain Online Store Back of house.
• Maintain Price Files.
• Business Analytics.
• Coordinate Samples.
• Assist with New product requests & Product Reclass.
• Assist with Inventory Forecast Input.
• Coordinate internal and external conferences/seminars.

YOUR ROLE

You will provide sales and technical support to our Sales Manager and Account managers in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. Working together with the sales team you will utilise your Microsoft Office skills to provide administrative support for our major accounts.

You be required to:

ABOUT YOU

Utilize your strong admin, organizational, and communication skills to seamlessly interact with the sales team, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our customers. Previous roles have honed your customer service and administration expertise, with exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
