Job summary

Williams-Sonoma Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking Sales & Service Leads (Sales & Service Key Holders) at our Bondi Junction store to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales and lead the floor in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.

We offer fixed-term and permanent part-time roles with 40–60 hours per fortnight on a rotating two-week roster, including alternate weekends, plus generous discounts, parental leave, EAP, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service experience (retail)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and support of in-store design services.
• Complete operational tasks including opening and closing duties, register functions, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked.
• Assist with inventory management including receiving, replenishment, stockroom organisation, and WHS practices.
• Participate in training and development while supporting a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Our Bondi Junction store is looking for Sales & Service Leads, also known as Sales & Service Key Holders, to help create a unique and memorable shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will support the store team by delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and helping lead the floor in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment. We will be offering both fixed-term and permanent part-time opportunities, with 40–60 hours per fortnight on a fixed two-week rotating roster, including alternate weekends.

What You Will Be Doing

What You Will Bring To The Role

• 1-2 years customer service experience (specialty retail preferred but not required).
• Strong sales skills with the confidence to meet and exceed performance targets.
• A proactive, solution-focused attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be mobile in the store and back-of-house areas, including standing for long periods
• Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment in line with safety standards
• Ability to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 30kg, while utilising appropriate equipment and safety techniques

Only candidates with work rights in Australia will be considered. As we have fixed-term opportunities available, these roles are also open to Working Holiday Visa holders with suitable retail experience.
