Job summary

Honeycombes Sales and Service in Townsville seeks a full-time Sales Representative to join our Townsville Truck Centre. You will travel regionally to meet customers, profile needs, document sales, and ensure successful delivery and product uptake.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and collaborating with parts and service teams, you will build trusted partnerships with Hino and Iveco customers. A dynamic, customer-focused, and self-motivated professional is encouraged to apply.

YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative to join our very successful Townsville Truck Centre branch.

Reporting to the Sales Manager of TTC, and supported with development from our Sales Manager, this role is more than just selling and delivering equipment; this role is about becoming a trusted partner of Hino and Iveco with our customers to find solutions and meet their unique needs. Our commitment to our customers is steadfast and to stay true to that commitment, we are looking for a like-minded superstar to join our team.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Travel around Townsville and surrounds to meet our customers (and to uncover new ones!)
• Customer profiling including developing an understanding of buying cycles and production needs
• Completing sales documentation with an attention to detail
• Delivering new purchases, making sure that our customers receive all the information they need to successfully utilise purchases to their full potential
• Work collaboratively with parts and service teams to ensure our customers are looked after
• Participating in training, online and at sales bootcamps to expand technical and sales skills
• Contribute to sales targets, reporting and marketing activities
