Job summary

Repco, a division of Genuine Parts Company in Australia, is seeking a results-focused Sales Representative to build relationships with trade customers across NOR and Regional WA. With an established customer base and strong product range, you’ll drive sales and gross margin through consultative selling and effective CRM usage.

• KPI-driven environment experience and sales/customer management background.

With a sales focus, they’re supported by an effective CRM system and best-in-class promotional activities.Duties include:Solving customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needsResponsibility for sales and gross margin performance of your territoryManage relationships of around 150 customersAttend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessionsAchieve sales budgetsFoster and drive a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it homeSafe driving behavioursNote, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving / machine operation.Who we’re looking for:Thrive in a KPI driven environmentSales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred)Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholdersExperience using CRM systemsA valid Australian driver's licenceA passion for all things automotiveNo Automotive experience?
