Indi Creative in Sydney is seeking a Sales Representative for entry or experienced applicants to join our fast-growing marketing agency. You will sell digital marketing services to Australian businesses and receive hands-on training to develop into a confident, full-cycle sales representative.

Entry-level candidates get comprehensive onboarding, while experienced applicants can progress sooner based on performance.

About the Role

You'll be selling digital marketing services to Australian businesses, helping them generate more leads, customers and revenue.

For entry-level applicants, we'll provide hands‑on training to help you develop into a confident, full‑cycle sales representative.

First 3 months may involve:

• Cold calling and speaking with potential clients

• Learning our services, sales processes and systems

• Sitting in on sales meetings with experienced representatives

• Receiving ongoing sales training and coaching

• Learning how to handle objections and close deals

• Building confidence in speaking with business owners

Within approximately 3 months, our goal is to progress you into a full‑cycle sales position, where you'll manage your own sales conversations, run meetings and close deals.

For experienced applicants, there are opportunities to progress into a full‑cycle role sooner, depending on your ability.
