Job summary

CoolDrive Auto Parts in Mackay, QLD is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for a full-time role. You will conduct regular visits to external customers, strengthen partnerships, and drive sales growth within your designated territory.

You will promote our brand, deliver accurate pricing and product details, and maintain records in PRONTO systems. The role requires a valid Australian driver’s licence, experience in face-to-face sales and customer service, and a proven ability to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Automotive or spare parts background preferred.
• Mandatory Australian Driver’s Licence.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Mackay, QLD on a Full-Time basis.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct regular visits to external customers to strengthen existing partnerships and cultivate long-term business relationships.

Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities with both new and existing customers within your designated territory.

Promote the company’s brand by enhancing its market presence and gathering valuable marketing intelligence.

Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records within PRONTO systems.

Deliver up-to-date product information and distribute relevant marketing materials to support customer engagement.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, ensuring service levels and call handling targets are met.

Provide accurate pricing, product availability, and service details to customers as needed to support their purchasing decisions.

What you will bring:

A valid Australian Driver’s Licence (Mandatory)

Experience in face-to-face sales and customer service
