Job summary

Carpet Call is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales across our premium home furnishings division in Victoria. The role is full-time and involves engaging residential and commercial customers, presenting products, and building lasting relationships.

You'll proactively understand customer needs, demonstrate products with confidence, and work toward weekly targets. Weekend availability is required.

Job description

As a Sales Consultant at CarpetCall , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our leading home furnishings divsion. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build lasting relationships with both residential and commercial customers.

Sales experience is helpful but not a prerequisite

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent product knowledge and the desire to continually learn about new products and trends

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

A professional, customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service

Must be available to work weekends to meet customer demands
