Harbour Caravans is seeking a Sales Representative for our Burpengary East, Brisbane North side location. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of caravans and outdoor leisure products.

You will greet customers, provide expert product knowledge, conduct demonstrations, prepare quotations and close deals while maintaining records and nurturing leads. Weekend work and travel may be required, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in automotive, leisure, tourism or retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent product knowledge capability and willingness to become an expert in caravan features and benefits.
• Professional presentation and appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to work some weekends and travel.
• Enthusiasm for the caravan and outdoor lifestyle industry is highly desirable

This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth across our caravan and outdoor leisure product range. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Harbour Caravans, building lasting relationships with customers and helping them find the perfect caravan solution for their adventures.
