Job summary

Ezytrail Caravan is seeking a Sales Representative based in Rocklea, Brisbane (Full Time). You will drive sales activity, manage leads, convert opportunities and support quoting with accurate CRM records to meet branch KPIs.

You will work with the Branch Manager and team to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to delivery, including warranty communication and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in caravan, automotive or retail environments.
• Ability to generate leads, convert opportunities and manage customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and business software.

Ezytrail – Sales Representative (Full Time) – Rocklea, QLD

About the Role

The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting and driving sales activity within the nominated branch. This includes generating new sales, managing leads, converting customer opportunities, supporting quoting and CRM accuracy, and contributing to the achievement of branch sales KPIs.

The role works closely with the Branch Manager and branch team to ensure customers receive a seamless, professional and high-quality experience from enquiry through to delivery. The Sales Representative supports customer service, warranty communication, sales documentation, order accuracy and pre-delivery quality checks where required.

The Sales Representative contributes to branch growth by maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting sales systems and procedures, providing accurate forecasts and updates to the Branch Manager, and following Ezytrail processes with discipline and customer focus.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will work with the branch team, show set‑up staff and Head Office to deliver a great experience for branch customers and prospective caravan buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion

• Generate new sales and support growth in existing customer sales.
• Identify, follow up and convert sales leads into customers.
• Achieve agreed sales KPIs, sales revenue targets and margin expectations.
• Promote Ezytrail products professionally to prospective and existing customers.

Quoting, CRM & Sales Process

• Ensure quoting criteria and sales procedures are accurately followed.
• Maintain accurate customer records, lead updates, quotes, orders and revisions in the CRM or approved systems.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates to the Branch Manager.
• Assist in improving sales systems, procedures and customer relationship management practices.

Customer Service & Warranty Support

• Support customer service activity and assist customers with warranty process communication.
• Work with the Branch Manager and branch team to ensure the customer experience is seamless, consistent and high quality.
• Ensure customers are aware of operating instructions, Ezytrail commitments, customer commitments and warranty process expectations.
• Identify customer feedback or service improvement opportunities and raise them through the branch.

Operations, QA & Handover Support

• Support branch operations with accurate production orders and new customer information.
• Quality check sales information, product details and revisions before delivery or handover.
• Provide information that assists the customer upon delivery of their purchase.
• Support accurate communication between Sales, Operations, Service and delivery functions.

Team, Reporting & Branch Support

• Follow Branch Manager direction and collaborate with the branch team.
• Provide sales updates, market insights and performance information when required.
• Contribute to training, customer education and consistent sales process improvement.
• Support Ezytrail values, branch culture and a whole-of-business approach to customer outcomes.

How Success Is Measured

Sales Performance

• New sales and growth in existing customer sales are achieved.
• Sales revenue, sales margins and budget expectations are supported.
• Leads are followed up and converted in line with branch sales discipline.

Customer Experience & Warranty Support

• Customers receive accurate, timely and professional communication.
• Warranty process expectations are explained and supported appropriately.
• Customer service issues are identified early and escalated when required.

Sales Process & Operational Accuracy

• Quotes, CRM records, orders and revisions are accurate and complete.
• Sales information supports smooth production, delivery and handover.
• QA checks before delivery are completed where required.

About You

• Proven sales experience, preferably in retail, caravan, camping, automotive, wholesale or manufacturing environments.
• Well-developed sales skills with ability to generate leads, convert opportunities and manage customer relationships.
• Ability to follow quoting, CRM, sales process and order accuracy requirements.
• Strong understanding of customer service standards and warranty communication expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use CRM or approved sales systems.
• Strong verbal communication, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive and professional in approach.
• Able to prioritise, time manage and follow up issues in a timely manner.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated and able to work within branch targets.
• High personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism.
