Khanz Auto Hub Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a qualified Sales Performance Analyst to analyse sales performance data, inventory turnover, and customer insights to drive data-informed decisions that optimise profitability in our used vehicle dealership and fleet management operations.

You will build dashboards, evaluate pricing strategies, and provide procurement recommendations, leveraging ERP/CRM data and Excel-based analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 1 year of full-time work experience minimum.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and database management.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience analysing sales metrics, product performance, customer trends and pricing structures.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and data integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales data to identify patterns in turnover, profitability by vehicle type, and pricing effectiveness.
• Consolidate data from sales, purchases, refurbishment costs, and customers into organized databases enabling analysis of profitability and sales performance.
• Analyze inventory turnover by vehicle type, identify slow-moving vehicles, and recommend procurement adjustments.
• Assess refurbishment costs versus sale prices to maximise margins across vehicle types.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards showing best-sellers, procurement recommendations, pricing strategies, and forecasts.
• Compare sources (auctions, wholesale, trade-ins, direct purchases) for margins and sales speed to optimise procurement budget.
• Analyze customer segments (individual, business, fleet) to guide inventory strategies.
• Track sales representative performance metrics and identify training needs and improvement opportunities.
