Khanz Auto Hub is seeking a qualified Sales Performance Analyst to join the team at our Melbourne, VIC location. You will analyse sales performance data, inventory turnover, and customer insights to drive data-informed decisions that optimise profitability and procurement for our used vehicle dealership and fleet management operations.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI/Tableau, and the ability to translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification is required.
• At least 1 year of full-time work experience is required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel and experience in dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and database management.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience analysing sales metrics, product performance, customer trends and pricing structures.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse sales transaction data across hundreds of annual vehicle sales to identify patterns in turnover, profitability, pricing and demand.
• Consolidate data from sales, purchases, refurbishment costs and customer records for profitability analysis.
• Analyze inventory turnover by vehicle type and advise on procurement mix to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Evaluate refurbishment costs versus sale prices to optimize margins.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards showing best-selling vehicles, procurement recommendations, pricing strategies and forecasts.
• Compare different vehicle sources (auctions, wholesale, trade-ins, direct purchases) by margins and speed to allocate procurement budget.
• Identify buyer segments (individual, business, fleet) to guide inventory selection.
• Track sales reps metrics including conversion, average price, margins, product mix, and customer satisfaction.
