EssilorLuxottica is seeking an experienced Sales Support Manager at our North Sydney Head Office to partner with the VP of Sales for Sunglass Hut & Oakley and drive growth, operational excellence and strategic initiatives across our retail network.

Based at North Sydney, this high-visibility role connects field teams with corporate functions to drive performance, improve customer experiences and deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' leadership experience within retail or multi-site environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing and interpreting P&L performance.
• Proven ability to lead change and deliver business improvement initiatives.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Leadership, coaching and relationship-building capability.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Support Manager to partner with the Vice President of Sales for Sunglass Hut & Oakley, supporting sales growth, operational excellence and strategic business initiatives across our retail network.
