Job summary

Sunglass Hut in Rockhampton is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a high-performance team in a premium sunglasses retail environment. You will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control and visual standards.

You will champion product knowledge across luxury brands, embrace new eyewear technology, and lead your team through change, with a strong focus on development, training and career progression within

We’re looking for an energetic, driven and hands on Store Manager to lead our Rockhampton team.

Your responsibilities

About you

You’re a sales superstar with a proven track record of strong achievements within a KPI structure.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and support them through new initiatives

Passion for technology, innovation and learning, with a desire to stay ahead of new product launches

Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills.

Exceptional time management and organisational skills

Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail
