Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking a Sales Operations & Delivery Lead to join our Wholesale Sales team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on identifying commercial and operational opportunities across Wholesale and Retail portfolios and owning the delivery of initiatives that turn insights into measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales operations, commercial management and project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from identification through to implementation.
• Strong commercial acumen to identify value and justify change.
• Ability to interrogate data and diagnose issues independently.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and improve ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Identify commercial and operational issues across wholesale and retail portfolios and own the response.
• Develop clear implementation plans for sales and commercial initiatives and drive delivery.
• Lead projects to improve margin, pricing, sales effectiveness or customer outcomes from scoping to realization.
• Diagnose root causes of underperformance and mobilise corrective action.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to design improved ways of working, tools and processes.
• Maintain governance across contracts and pricing frameworks and fix gaps as needed.
• Build dashboards and reporting to track progress and inform decisions.
