Job summary

Johnson Controls in Windsor (Brisbane) is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize sales processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver insightful dashboards for capacity planning and pipeline health. You’ll partner with Sales Operations Managers and Leaders to streamline workflows and drive adoption of standardized practices.

The role requires 2–3 years in Sales Operations or Sales Analytics, familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and strong Excel/PowerBI skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Analytics.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sales operations processes.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales Process Management: document and improve workflows aligned to GTM policies.
• Data Integrity & Governance: monitor Salesforce data quality and compliance.
• Reporting & Analytics: build dashboards and PowerBI visuals for capacity, pipeline health, and field efficiency.
• Salesforce Championing: promote best practices and ensure SFDC is the single source of truth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with operations on standardized processes.
• Sales Cadence Support: provide reporting for major deal reviews and forecasting sessions.
• Process Improvement: identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions.
