Job summary

Catholic Healthcare in Lewisham (NSW) is seeking a Sales Administrator to support onboarding of new clients and to ensure a seamless process from sale to service start. The role offers office-based work with potential for two days of work-from-home after training and standard hours of 8.30am–4.30pm or 9.00am–5.00pm.

The position involves maintaining client records in CRM, translating care plans into schedules in Procura, and collaborating across Sales, Care, and Operations to deliver excellent

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new Home Care clients.
• Translate care plans into accurate service schedules in Procura.
• Maintain client records and documentation in CRM systems.
• Ensure all required paperwork and approvals are completed and stored.
• Update government portals (My Aged Care, PRODA).
• Support sales consultants with opportunities and referrals.
• Monitor data accuracy and escalate discrepancies when needed.
• Provide administrative support across the sales and customer journey.
