Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive hotel revenue through proactive sales, business development, and marketing initiatives.

You will identify opportunities across corporate, government, healthcare, leisure and catering segments, manage and grow accounts, coordinate events, and create social media content that aligns with Marriott brand standards. Attractive quarterly incentives apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, groups & catering, business development, marketing or a similar role.
• Proven ability to build client relationships, generate business and manage accounts.
• Experience with social media, content creation and digital marketing campaigns, including META platforms.
• Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
