Le Mans Entertainment in Melbourne seeks a proactive Sales team member to be the first point of contact, delivering five-star guest service while driving bookings for karting, mini golf, arcade and VR experiences.

You will assist guests in planning a day of fun, process payments, balance bookings, and upsell experiences to diverse groups including kids, parties, corporates and schools, while maintaining safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on delivering five-star service.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell experiences to diverse groups.
• Strong communication and time-management skills to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing professional tier 1 service.
• Sell activities and assist guests in planning a day of fun.
