Job summary

CRE Civil Group is seeking an experienced Sales / Front End Loader Operator for our North West Melbourne yard. This role blends customer service with hands-on loader operations to support daily yard activities and stock management.

The successful candidate will load materials, assist customers, maintain stockpiles, and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment while adhering to all site safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience operating a Front End Loader.
• Experience using scales in a Front End Loader, customer service.
• Current Front End Loader ticket (RII).
• Construction White Card.
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete a medical assessment and police check.
