Job summary

Sekisui House Australia in NSW is seeking a Sales Estimator to produce accurate cost estimates and pricing to support the Sales team in quotes and contracts.

You will ensure submissions are competitive and delivered within agreed timeframes, liaising with Sales, suppliers, and the estimating team to achieve pricing that meets project requirements.

You will contribute to tender preparations with cost analyses and comparisons to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in the residential building industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High numeracy and proficiency with estimating and Office apps.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
