Job summary

Atlas Copco Australia Pty Ltd in WA is seeking an Oil-Free Air Sales Representative to manage and grow a WA territory across manufacturing, food & beverage, mining, energy, healthcare and pharma. You will deliver energy-efficient compressed air, air treatment and cooling solutions through a consultative, relationship-driven approach.

The role emphasizes building enduring customer relationships, expanding new business, and guiding the full sales cycle from solution development to project award,

Qualifications

• Experience in technical, industrial or solution-based B2B sales.
• Strong business development, relationship management and communication skills.
• Identify customer challenges and develop tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing opportunities, negotiations and sales targets.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately and utilise CRM systems effectively.
• Experience with compressed air systems, air treatment, chillers or related industrial technologies, supported by an engineering qualification or technical sales background.

Your role

About the Role:

As an Oil-Free Air Sales Representative, you will manage and grow a WA territory, partnering with customers across manufacturing, food and beverage, mining, energy, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries to deliver industry-leading compressed air, air treatment and cooling solutions. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role focused on understanding customer challenges, identifying opportunities and delivering energy-efficient, sustainable solutions that improve productivity, reduce operating costs and create long-term value.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and grow a defined WA territory, driving sales and customer engagement.
• Build strong relationships with end users, consultants, engineering firms and contractors.
• Identify and convert opportunities across oil-free air, air treatment and cooling solutions.
• Develop new business while expanding existing customer accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from solution development through to project award.

To succeed, you will need

• Experience in technical, industrial or solution-based B2B sales, ideally within capital equipment or engineered solutions.

• Strong business development, relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer challenges and develop tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing opportunities, negotiations and sales targets.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately and utilise CRM systems effectively.

• Experience with compressed air systems, air treatment, chillers or related industrial technologies, supported by an engineering qualification, technical trade background or project-based industrial sales experience
