Job summary

HOUSE Broadway is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster and involves stepping in to manage the store when needed.

You’ll lead by example, develop a high-performing team and contribute to stock, merchandising and daily store operations at Global Retail Brands’ Broadway store in Ultimo, NSW.

• Retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC).
• Confident, customer-focused and commercially minded.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Enjoys developing and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales and achieving store KPIs.
• Leading by example on the floor and delivering customer service.
• Coaching, motivating and developing the team.
• Supporting stock, visual merchandising and day-to-day operations.
• Stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
