Qualifications

• Experience with supervising, inspiring and leading a high performing team
• Understanding of running a successful business with a track record to achieve beyond targets and KPIs
• Ability to provide personal and memorable customer service experiences
• A passion for merchandising and stock management in a busy sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to coach and provide feedback to Team Members

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
• Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving personal sales targets
• Coach and train Team Members to become top performers
• Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
• Merchandise to showcase our range in line with promotional setup guidelines
• Handle operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, and retail admin tasks
