Job summary

Prouds, Australia’s largest jewellery retailer, is seeking an ambitious sales-driven leader to assist the Store Manager at Castletown. You will coach team members, drive KPIs, and ensure superior customer service while maintaining stock accuracy and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
• Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving personal sales targets
• Coach and train Team Members to become top performers
• Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
• Merchandise to showcase our range in line with promotional setup guidelines
• Handle operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, and retail admin tasks
