• Experience supervising and leading a high performing team.
• Proven track record to achieve beyond personal and store KPIs.
• Ability to provide personal and memorable customer service experiences.
• A passion for merchandising and stock management in a busy sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and provide feedback to Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving personal sales targets.
• Coach and train Team Members to become top performers.
• Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control.
• Merchandise to showcase our range aligned with promotional guidelines.
• Handle stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs and general retail administration.
