Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Melbourne invites an hands-on Sales Operations Associate to help our sales team maximise system value from opportunity through order handover.

You’ll join the Operational Excellence & Digitalisation team, support users, improve processes, and collaborate with local and global colleagues on system enhancements.

The role requires CRM experience, understanding of sales workflows, strong problem-solving and data skills, and permanent rights to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience using or supporting CRM systems in sales operations or a similar business environment.
• Understanding of sales processes, quoting and approval workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident working with data, learning systems and identifying improvements.

Join Siemens Healthineers in a hands-on role helping our sales team get more from their systems and improve sales processes - from opportunity through to order handover.

Working within our Operational Excellence & Digitalisation team, you’ll support users and improve process outcomes and efficiencies with local and global colleagues.

Your responsibilities

• Support system users through troubleshooting, training and practical guidance.

About You

• Experience using or supporting CRM systems in sales operations or a similar business environment preferred
• An understanding of sales processes, quoting and approval workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident working with data, learning systems and identifying improvements
• Hold permanent, unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, SAP, ServiceNow or similar platforms would be beneficial.
