Job summary

IWG is seeking a Customer Services & Sales Manager for our Westbrook, Queensland centre. You’ll have autonomy to run the centre like your own business, with a broad remit from operations to sales performance and customer experience.

You’ll lead a small team, win new business, upsell to existing customers, and showcase tours to prospective clients. The role emphasizes delivering on targets, managing on-site activities, and ensuring customers become brand ambassadors for you, your team and

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll have some experience of delivering against targets when leading a small, close-knit team.
You may have run a flexible workspace centre before, or else a store, restaurant or any site with a high degree of customer focus.
You’ll have succeeded in previous sales roles, demonstrating that you can build a sales pipeline and consistently sell.

Responsibilities

Being responsible for managing anything and everything on site.
Rising to every challenge and solving problems.
Generating sales by winning new business and upselling to existing customers
Giving tours to prospective customers.
Above all, looking after our customers so well that each becomes a brand ambassador - for you, your team and IWG.
