Langham Hospitality Group in Australia seeks support staff to assist GSO-Australia with sales Proposal drafts, Contract drafts and Delphi/Opera data entry. You will handle sales leads and proposals in line with LHG standards and response times.

Responsibilities include planning sales trips and tradeshows within travel budgets, arranging sales appointments, supporting hosted events during sales missions, coordinating tradeshow activities and contributing to all LHG corporate programmes.

• Sales leads/proposals – effectively handle incoming enquiries in accordance with LHG standards and response times.
• Assist in the planning of sales trips and tradeshows, upholding corporate travel policy and in line with travel budgets.
• Assist in the making of sales appointments and follow up on attendance for hosted events, in particular during the sales mission
• Mandate tradeshow and industry events as required in support of sales managers
• To actively support all LHG corporate programmes
