Job summary

Magentus is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Practice Management Sales team for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be the frontline contact for Genie and Gentu customers, supporting licensing, purchases and CRM data integrity to ensure smooth sales operations.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing sales reports for business success. A healthcare tech background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or customer-facing admin role.
• Experience providing admin support in sales or customer-focused environments.
• Experience handling inbound enquiries via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with licensing, purchasing requests and general sales inquiries.
• Provide admin and coordination support to the Practice Management Sales team.
