Seven West Media Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to support the Sydney sales team in delivering ads across TV and digital channels. You’ll ensure smooth delivery of campaigns, manage bookings, and maintain client relationships while collaborating with the broader team.

The role emphasizes customer service, data entry, and proficient use of MS Office. Aiming to grow into a sales role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced media environment and work onsite in Sydney.

A day in the life... You're a drivenSales Coordinator playing a key role in supporting the Seven Sales team inSydney by delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our market across our broadcast TV and digital channels. You'll work closely with the broader sales team and will report directly to a Sales Executive in Sydney. You'll join adynamic environment where you'll interact with key clients and stakeholders, supporting the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.

What you'll do

• Processing and managing linear television and digital bookings.
• Assisting in the preparation of linear television and digital proposals.
• Delivery and management of multiple advertising campaigns.
• Maintaining client and revenue records.
• Developing and strengthening key client and business relationships.
• Providing administrative support to the Sales team.

You'll also have:

• Proven customer-facing experience (e.g. retail sales, customer service, hospitality, marketingetc).
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and strong data entry skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A positive work ethic and a strong team focus.
• A genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation.
