Job summary

Compare Club is looking for a motivated salesperson to work on-site at our Melbourne office. You’ll talk to warm leads who want to save on energy and utilities, guide them through options, and close deals.

The role offers full training, uncapped commissions, a strong team culture, and the opportunity to advance into leadership roles. Join an energetic sales floor with coaching, progression, and ongoing feedback sessions, plus a supportive leadership team that invests in your development.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Confident on the phone and enjoys a challenge.
• Bonuses come from closing deals and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Understand needs and recommend the best plan or provider.
• Handle objections with confidence and training.

What You’ll Do

• Call customers who’ve enquired about saving on their utility bills

Who You Are

• You’ve gotat least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role(retail, call centre, charity, advertising. car sales — all great)
• Confident on the phoneand love a good challenge
