99 Bikes is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team as we continue Australia's largest bicycle retailer growth. No bike expertise required; we provide full training and access to our Leadership Academy. You'll play a hands-on role in store operations, customer service, inventory, merchandising and driving sales with uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and act as a customer champion to deliver on the vision of being The World's Most Approachable Bike Shops.
• No bike expertise required; participate in on-the-job training and Leadership Academy.
• Hands-on store involvement: inventory, receiving stock, merchandising, and daily operations.
• Hit sales targets with tiered rewards and uncapped commission.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture with regular coaching and team events.
• Weekend demand with time off during the week to manage flow and maximize sales.
