The Photo Studio in Melbourne is seeking a part-time Creative Producer to bridge clients and our creative team. You’ll welcome clients, guide styling and direction, and ensure every photo shoot runs smoothly from start to finish, delivering a five-star experience.

Your focus is relationship-building and achieving sales targets at the Viewing Session, helping clients select and purchase images for personalised portfolios, while maintaining excellent communication and brand integrity.

• Proven track record in personalised product sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems to manage client interactions.

Responsabilités

• Host photo shoots and guide styling/direction for clients.

Founded in 2008, The Photo Studio is a B2C fashion portraiture studio with locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We’ve helped over 20,000 people achieve their dream photo shoot, combining high-end fashion photography with a personalised, empowering experience for every client.

You’ll be the bridge between the client and the creative team, hosting each photo shoot experience - welcoming the client, guiding styling and creative direction, ensuring their photo shoot runs seamlessly from start to finish.

You’ll be across every detail - from clear communication and scheduling to post-shoot follow-ups - providing a five-star experience every step of the way. This role focuses on rapport building and relationship nurturing - no cold calling required!

Your key moment comes in the Viewing Session, where you’ll present and sell each client’s best images - helping them craft a meaningful, personalised portfolio. Whether they’re an aspiring model, celebrating a milestone, or seeking a confidence boost, you’ll help them see the beauty in themselves through stunning, high-end photography.

You'll consistently hit sales targets, meet KPIs, and represent our brand with integrity -bringing your own creative instinct and personal style to every client interaction.
