Job summary

Harvey Norman Penrith Technology & Entertainment Team is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant to proactively engage SME customers over the phone, identify needs and uncover opportunities to grow and retain their business. This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment with rewards for results.

As a Salesperson you will work flexibly across 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The role offers a generous base earnings with attractive commission and a clear path for career progression

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, contact centre sales or account management
• Confident and engaging telephone manner
• Comfortable working to sales KPIs and targets
• Resilient, motivated and commercially minded
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to manage a high volume of customer conversations

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing SME customers

• Identify and convert sales opportunities
