Job summary

Just Honk in Australia is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to deliver a professional, customer-focused used‑car sales experience. You will manage inquiries, convert leads to appointments, and support inspections and test drives, contributing to daily sales and customer experience.

This role requires working a 7‑day roster with 2–3 Sundays per month, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with sales, administration and support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or automotive retail environments desirable.
• Ability to manage customer enquiries, maintain accurate records, coordinate appointments and follow structured sales processes.
• Experience with finance, registration or vehicle sale documentation advantageous.
• Current driver’s licence required.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.
• Resilience in a sales environment and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Availability to work 2–3 Sundays per month.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for delivering a professional, customer‑focused used‑car sales experience. The role manages customer enquiries, converts leads into appointments, facilitates vehicle inspections and test drives, supports compliant sales progression and ensures accurate sales records and customer follow‑up. You will contribute to daily sales performance, customer experience and site presentation, including opening and closing activities required to operate the site safely and effectively over a 7‑day roster. You will need to be available to work 2‑3 Sundays per month.
