Job summary

DisplayWise is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Executives and Account Managers from enquiry to project handover, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

You will act as the key link between Sales, Design, Operations and clients, enabling the team to focus on selling and delivering results. The role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, sales administration or coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, proposals and sales presentations.
• Manage incoming sales enquiries and CRM records.
• Assist with pricing, product selection and solution recommendations.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to confirm requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate documentation, reports, forecasts and project handovers.
• Support improvements to sales processes and administration.
