The Opportunity

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role is ideally suited to someone in the early stages of their real estate career who is ready to build depth and accelerate their progression within project sales.

You will work closely alongside an experienced Project Sales Manager who is a respected mentor and industry specialist, gaining hands‑on exposure to best‑in‑class project sales practices. This role offers meaningful involvement across the full sales lifecycle, providing the platform to grow your capability while contributing to the success of a major master planned community.

This is a standout opportunity for someone who has built strong foundations in real estate and is now looking to expand their experience within a sophisticated, high performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Delivery Support: Partner with the Project Sales Manager to manage buyer enquiries, facilitate inspections, and progress transactions through to exchange and settlement
  • Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up leads, nurture prospects, and support the achievement of sales targets
  • CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate and timely client and prospect records, ensuring consistent follow up and pipeline visibility
  • Marketing Coordination: Support campaign execution including preparing marketing materials, managing listings, and assisting with project updates and light touch social content
  • Client Experience: Play a key role in delivering a seamless, professional and engaging buyer experience that reflects the quality of the Frasers brand
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with buyers, referral partners, and internal teams
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a confident and motivated real estate professional ready to take the next step in their career:

  • Certificate of Registration (essential)
  • Experience in a client facing or sales focused role within real estate or property
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive, driven mindset with a genuine commitment to building a long‑term career in real estate
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Availability to work weekends as part of a project sales roster
