POP MART is seeking a Sales Associate in Melbourne to join its global pop-culture retail team. This role includes full-time work in the CBD or Highpoint locations with a base salary of 61,000 AUD per year and a dynamic, high-volume environment that rewards performance.

Casual positions are also available at 35 AUD per hour, offering flexibility and weekend/holiday coverage. Ideal for fans of collectibles who enjoy fast-paced, customer-facing roles with growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

Deliver Great Customer Experiences

• Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service


• Share product knowledge and introduce new collections


• Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Maintain Store Standards

• Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards


• Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy


• Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready

Support Daily Store Operations

• Process transactions accurately through POS systems


• Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards


• Support product launches and peak trading periods

Full-Time Availability Requirements

• This is a permanent full-time position averaging 38 hours per week.


• Flexible availability across all 7 days is required.


• Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.


• We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency.


• As a retail business, flexibility is required throughout the week to support customer demand, peak trading periods and special events.


• Availability throughout our peak trading season (November to January) is essential.

Casual Availability Requirements

• This is a position offered on a casual basis


• Availability to work 3–4 days per week is required.


• Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day and one late-night trading shift each week.


• Rosters are planned in advance to support consistency and work-life balance.


• Flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.


• Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential
