Job summary

Snooze Chadstone is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver unforgettable customer experiences and help drive store success. The role is approximately 30 hours per week across 4–5 days, including some weekends and public holidays.

Key duties include building rapport with customers, offering expert sleep solutions and maintaining brand standards. Prior retail experience is preferred; Pronto experience is a plus. Immediate start offered at Chadstone location.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not essential.

• Physically able to walk the floor and lift or move stock when required.

The part-time role

As a Sales Assistant at our Chadstone store, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences and contributing to the store’s ongoing success. This position offers approximately 30 hours per week, 4-5 days per week, some weekend work, and public holidays.

Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential

Physically able to walk the floor and safely lift or move stock when required

Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage)
