R.M.Williams in Hornsby is seeking a Sales Associate to join our retail team. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and help build relationships while delivering a memorable store experience.

You will work with Store Management to hit sales targets, maintain presentation standards, and provide after-sales support. Previous fashion or footwear retail experience is valued, and you'll receive training, a generous employee discount, and career development opportunities.

Sales Associate - Hornsby

We are currently seeking retail professionals who want to combine their passion for customer service with working for an iconic Australian retailer in our Hornsby store. The role will see you working as part of a team supporting Store Management to create a profitable business.

The ideal candidates will have experience working for a footwear or premium fashion retailer and will be responsible for the following:

• Providing customer care by welcoming and equipping them with product knowledge, expert advice and a memorable store experience
• Actively selling products and developing relationships with new and existing customers
• Providing follow up and after sales care to customers
• Assisting the Store Manager with daily tasks
• Working towards achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure the store is kept presentable and in-line with Visual Merchandising standards to maximise sales potential
