Job summary

Active Medical in Melbourne's Epping office is seeking a Sales Associate to join our growing national team. You will work closely with Territory Managers to support the growth of the aged care customer base across Victoria, engaging with customers and helping care providers find the right product solutions.

This office-based, relationship-led role offers training, mentoring and a path toward long-term sales careers in a trusted healthcare equipment manufacturer that values quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in sales, customer-facing roles or business development.
• COVID vaccination and Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proactive, confident to pick up the phone and create opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.

Working alongside our Territory Managers, you’ll support the growth of our Aged Care customer base across Victoria. This is an office-based, relationship-led sales role. You’ll engage with customers, uncover opportunities and help care providers find the right product solutions – playing an important part in our continued growth.

• Territory Support: Schedule appointments, coordinate trials and support Territory Manager to grow their regions.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities through proactive customer engagement.
• Account Management: Build lasting relationships with exceptional service, to support ongoing growth.
• Follow-through: Provide expert product advice and progress opportunities through to sale.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales, customer-facing retail, inside sales, business development, account management or similar.
• Essential: COVID vaccination, Police Check or willingness to obtain
• Respect & Professionalism: Well-presented, strong communication skills, committed to ethical client interactions that build trust and rapport.
• Confidence: A proactive approach with the confidence to pick up the phone and create opportunities.

Previous healthcare experience is not essential. We welcome candidates with strong customer-facing or retail sales experience who are ready to build a long-term sales career.
