GOELIA in Sydney is seeking a motivated fashion retail salesperson to consistently meet individual sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will enhance brand image, share product knowledge, build loyalty through active client development, and support stock and register operations on a busy shop floor.

This role suits a team player with problem-solving skills and flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Customer Service

Enhance brand image and increase customer’s product understanding with excellent customer service skills and in-depth product knowledge

Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through

Operation standards

Maintain in-store display according to company standards and prevent stock damage

Assist with the processing of stock deliveries, shop floor replenishment, inventory replenishment, cash and other daily operations

Maintain sales records, and assist in inventory and account reconciliation

Job Requirements

Sales driven, with strong customer service acumen

Highly committed, energetic, and a team player

Excellent problem-solving ability.

Prior fashion retail experience is a plus
