Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join the GhandaGang in Sydney. You will deliver the Ghanda Experience to every customer, handle POS till, and keep store presentation aligned with our brand.

You'll work with a friendly team, benefit from clothing discounts, extensive training, and opportunities to progress into Store Manager, Visual Merchandiser, or Stock Coordinator roles. Flexibility for school holidays and reliable transport are valued.

Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience is desirable but not required.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability including school holidays.
• Own reliable form of transport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store.
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation.
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store
