Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join the GhandaGang. You will deliver the Ghanda Experience to every customer, handle POS transactions, maintain store presentation, and assist with stock deliveries and inventory control.

An ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, can work autonomously or in a team, and aligns with our brand values. Flexible availability, including school holidays, and reliable transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not required.
• Proactive, able to work autonomously or in a team.
• Strong alignment with Ghanda's brand and values.

Responsibilities

A day in the life

As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control
