Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and deliver the Ghanda Experience to every customer. You will handle sales transactions, till reconciliation, and maintain premium store presentation in line with brand guidelines.

The role requires a can-do attitude, team collaboration, and flexibility to work around school holidays. Retail or hospitality background is valued but not mandatory; transport is required.

Qualifications

• Retail/sales experience is desirable but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store standards.
• Reliable transport and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Ghanda Experience to each customer in store.
• Handle point-of-sale interactions and till reconciliation.
• Maintain high store presentation following visual guidelines.
• Manage stock deliveries and inventory control.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experienceto each customer who visits our store
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control
